ORDER
1. They are heard. Perused the case diary / challan papers.
2. This is the seventh bail application filed by the applicant under Section 439 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973, as he/she is implicated in connectionwith Crime No.30/2021 registered at Police Station Balwada Distt. Khargone(MP) for offence punishable under Sections 397,34,395,397 /120/412 of IPC.The applicant is in custody since 02-04-2021.
3. Looking to the earlier dismissal of the bail application, no new groundis made out to consider this repeat application.
4. Accordingly, the application is dismissed.
