Inherent powers of this Court u/S.482 Cr.P.C. are invokedpraying for following reliefs:
“1.That, learned court below may kindly be directed todispose the case no.140/2019 expeditiously preferably withindispose the case no.140/2019 expeditiously preferably within a period of 2 months from the date of receipt of certifiedcopy of the order; and
2. Any other suitable direction in the premises may alsobe granted. Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded.” be granted. Cost of the petition may kindly be awarded.”
The only prayer made is for issuing direction for earlyconclusion of trial pending before court below as one of the petitionersis likely to be appointed in Government job since he has been selectedfor the same.
This Court is afraid that no such direction can be given qua acase filed in 2019 since there does not appear to be any delay on the part of trial court in conducting and concluding the trial.
This petition accordingly stands disposed of with observationthat this Court has no manner of doubt that the case in question shallbe disposed of as early as possible by the learned Trial Judge.
Registry is directed to communicate this order to the concernedcourt below for compliance.
