Heard Learned Counsel for the Petitioner. He submits that the Petitioner seeks to continue maintaining good relations with the Respondents and they do not seek to pursue the instant matter. That they may be allowed to withdraw the Writ Petition. The prayer for withdrawal of the Writ Petition is not objected to by Learned Counsel for the Respondents No.1 and 2. Considered submissions.
