After arguing for some time, learned Counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this Revision Petition with a liberty to file Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India.
Prayer seems to be reasonable for withdrawal of the Revision Petition, therefore, this Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
As prayed for certified copy of the impugned orders filed along with the Revision Petition be returned back to the Counsel for the applicant on furnishing the photocopy thereof.
