1. On perusal of the Compromise Deed dated 11[th] May 2024 this Court is satisfied that the parties have amicably resolved their differences and disputes among themselves. The Compromise Deed is taken on record.
2. In terms of the Compromise Deed the Regular First Appeal is disposed of.
3. Let the Registry prepare a decree accordingly.
