Mr. Zangpo Sherpa, Learned Advocate, appearing on behalf of the Petitioner, seeks leave of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to approach the appropriate authority.

There is no objection raised on behalf of the State-Respondents.

The Writ Petition accordingly stands disposed of as withdrawn granting liberty to the Petitioner to approach the appropriate authority and later, to approach this Court if aggrieved by the decision of such authority, if so advised.
