This petition u/S 482 Cr.P.C. Has been filed for alimited prayer for correction in the description of theapplicant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner Maya Batham is the wife of Kishan Batham.However, due to inadvertence in the application, in the orderpassed by this Court, the name is shown as Maya BathamW/o Balkishan. Hence, correction is made to the aforesaidextent.
In the absence of opposition thereto, the petitioner's name shall be read as Smt. Maya Batham W/o KishanBatham in the order dated 18.12.2015 in place of Smt. MayaBatham W/o Shri Balkishan.
Both the orders shall be read conjointly.
With the aforesaid, petition stands disposed of.
