I.A. No.17123/16 & 17125/16 are taken up.
For the reasons stated therein, the said I.As. are allowed.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the order dated 28-11-2016(Annexure P/5). He has already preferred an appeal against the saidorder dated 04-12-2016 (Annexure P/9).
Since the impugned order is appeallable and appeal is alreadypending, I am not inclined to entertain this petition. I am onlyinclined to observe that it will be lawful for the Appellate Authority todecide the said appeal expeditiously, preferably within fifteen daysfrom the date of communication of this order.
The petition is disposed of without expressing any opinion onthe merits of the case.
