Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor has filed a Compliance Report dated 06-11-2023, pursuant to the Order of this Court dated 18-10-2023, affirming that costs of ₹ 35,000/-(Rupees thirty five thousand) only, imposed on the State-Petitioner, has been paid to the Sikkim State Legal Services Authority, on 21-10-2023.
