This is an application dated 24.03.2023 filed by the respondent no.2 for placing on record Cadastral Survey Map as well as the enlarged portion of the structure of the petitioner indicating road reserve which was objected to by the petitioner on the ground that the respondent no.2 is the executing agency of the respondent no.1 and therefore had no locus to file it. Considering the fact that the Cadastral Survey Map is relevant to the issue, the objection is overruled and the Cadastral Survey Map is taken on record. I.A. No. 06 of 2023 is allowed and stands disposed.

1. On 03.04.2023, the petitioner has filed an application for placing on record certified copies of records of proceedings before the attestation officer of the Survey and Settlement Department, East District, Gangtok in Case No.107(4)80A.O.(E). These documents pertains to the land in issue and therefore the application is allowed and the documents taken on record. I.A. No. 07 of 2023 is allowed and stands disposed.
