Heard Ms. Gita Bista, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Sunil Baraily, learned Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Learned Counsel for the parties submit that the matter has been compromised and a Deed of Compromise dated 07.12.2020 has been executed in between the parties containing terms and conditions of the compromise.

Ms. Gita Bista submits that IA No. 03 of 2020 has been filed for placing on record the Deed of Compromise dated 07.12.2020. In view of the compromise arrived at, she submits that she has got instructions not to press the petition.

Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition stands disposed of as not pressed. IA No. 03 of 2020 stands disposed of. Pending IAs, if any, shall also stand disposed of.

The Deed of Compromise dated 07.12.2020 is taken on record.
