CORAM: HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE BISWANATH SOMADDER, CHIEF JUSTICE HON’BLE MRS. JUSTICE MEENAKSHI MADAN RAI, JUDGE

…

O R D E R:(per the Hon’ble, the Chief Justice)

This writ petition – which is sought to be moved before this Court as a Public Interest Litigation (PIL) – has been filed by three individuals who have described themselves in paragraph 4 of the writ petition.

The issue sought to be raised in the writ petition has its genesis in a contract which was executed sometime in the year 1999.

At this stage of dictation, the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners prays for leave to withdraw the instant writ petition, which stands dismissed as withdrawn, accordingly.
