Serial No.Order (s) with Signature (s)It is apparent from the above that neither ofthe parties had submitted their synopsis ofarguments until 18.6.2011 when only t:heRespondent No.1 had done so. So far as thePetitioner is concerned, prayer had been madeseeking further time to do so. Thereafter nothirigappears to have been done. On the next date, i.e.on 23.07.2011 fixed by the Appellate Authority, eventhough the Appellate Authority was unable to bepresent, the parties had been there fixing30.08.2011 as the next date. By order dated18.06.2011 opportunity had been provided to filesynopsis of arguments on behalf of the Petitioner. Itwould have .been appropriate for the AppellateAuthority to have either granted further opportunityto file synopsis or re]-ected the prayer for suchopportunity but: neit:her of such order appears tohave been passed. This was necessary in view of theorder dated 03.02.2011 where it .had been agreed bythe parties that the Appeal may be decided on thebasis of the written arguments to be filed by theparties and further giving them opportunity to rhakeoral arguments. This has been reiterated in Order SGPG-3/ Hlgh Court/ 5ooo No§./ 2.4.2oog Case No[C.K`f' NO. Io]
