ORDER
After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the applicant prays for withdrawal of the application with liberty to surrender and apply for regular bail.Prayer is allowed.
With the aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed as withdrawn.
In case, if the applicant surrender's and applies for regular bail the sameshall be considered and decided by the Trial Court expeditiously, if possible onthe same date.
