Meenakshi Madan Rai, J.
1. It is submitted by Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent, on instruction, that the Respondent has received the entire amount ordered by this Court to be made over to her by the Appellant, i.e., Rs.3,27,692/- (Rupees three lakhs, twenty seven The General Manager, B.S.N.L.vs.Radhika Chettri thousand, six hundred and ninety-two) only, and Rs.1,01,625/- (Rupees one lakh, one thousand, six hundred and twenty-five) only. That, he has no further grievance against the Appellant.
2. It is also submitted by Learned Counsel for the Appellant that the premises in dispute have been handed over to the Respondent.
3. Learned Senior Counsel for the Respondent is in agreement with the submission.
4. Consequently, in view of the compliance of the Judgment of this Court in RFA No.08 of 2016 dated 20-05-2017, nothing further remains for adjudication.
5. Accordingly, I.A. stands disposed of.
