Seen the Affidavit dated 12-11-2020 filed on behalf of the Respondents No.1, 2 and 3.
Learned Additional Advocate General submits that the answering Respondent No.3 after considering the matter has renewed the licence of the Petitioner which will now be valid till 31-03-2021 and the licence has also been collected by the Petitioner from the concerned Office on 11-11-2020.
A copy of the licence has been annexed to the instant Affidavit and has been perused by this Court.
Learned Counsel for the Petitioner submits that in view of the renewal of licence nothing further remains for adjudication.Considered.
In view of the above circumstance, the matter stands disposed of.
