ORDER
Heard on I.A.No.6190 of 2023, an application for exemption to filing the certified copy of order dated 21.9.2023.
For the reasons mentioned in the application, I.A. is allowed.

The applicant has assigned justifiable reasons for restoration of M.P.No.5497 of 2018, which was dismissed for want of prosecution vide orderdated 21.9.2023. The application is supported by affidavit of Deependra
Raghuwanshi Advocate. Accordingly, order dated 21.09.2023 dismissing thesaid MP is recalled. M.P. No.5497/2018 is restored to its original number.A typed copy of this order be kept in the record of aforesaid M.P.MCC is accordingly disposed of.
