O R D E R
This matter appears before this Court pursuant to a request made by the learned Judicial Magistrate, East Sikkim at Gangtok, who seeks some further time to dispose of Private Complaint Case No. 18 of 2006.
Considering the request, as contained in the letter dated 16[th] November, 2021, written to the learned Registrar General of this Court by the learned Judicial Magistrate, East Sikkim at Gangtok, purely in the interest of justice, the time for disposing of the private complaint case stands extended by a period of fortnight from this date.
