Heard Ms. Gita Bista, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr. Gulshan Lama, learned Legal Aid Counsel appearing for the respondent.

Ms. Gita Bista submits that in view of the compromise arrived at between the petitioner, who is the wife of the respondent in the contempt petition, and the respondent, the petitioner wants to withdraw this contempt petition. She has also pointed out that I.A. No. 01 of 2019 is filed praying for allowing the petitioner to withdraw the contempt petition. She has further submitted that the compromise arrived at in between the parties is also enclosed with the IA.

In view of the above submissions, the contempt petition is not pursued any further and the same is disposed of on withdrawal. IA No. 01 of 2019 is also disposed of.
