1. Heard Mr. A. Moulik, learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners. The Order dated 04.08.2022 passed by the learned Additional District Magistrate, Namchi with reference to a complaint against the Certificate Of Identification (COI) is under challenge.

2. Mr. A. Moulik, learned Senior Counsel submits that the petitioners are aggrieved by the observations made therein. A perusal of the order reflects that the authority has not come to the conclusion in regard to the complaint as yet. It may not be proper to interfere at this stage. The writ petition is therefore, dismissed. The authority shall proceed to decide the case as per law giving opportunity to the petitioners to place their case and evidence and satisfy the authority that the COI has not been obtained by misrepresentation or suppression of any material fact.
