I.A. No.02 of 2025
1. The learned Senior Counsel for the petitioners moves an application seeking withdrawal of the writ petition with liberty to file afresh. Since the prayer for withdrawal and liberty is being sought prior to the admission of the present case, it is granted. However, the question of delay and laches will be open for arguments between the parties.
2. Accordingly, the Writ Petition (C) No. 52 of 2024 stands disposed as withdrawn along with the pending interlocutory application.
