J U D G M E N T
Learned Counsel for the parties jointly submit that the parties have voluntarily entered into a Deed of Settlement on 10.12.2021.
The Deed of Settlement has been filed before this Court today, which details the Terms and Conditions as agreed to between the parties. It is submitted by the parties who are also present before this Court that the Deed of Settlement has been voluntarily entered into between all the parties and they are satisfied with all the Terms and Conditions detailed therein. After such satisfaction, they have affixed their respective signatures on the document.
In view of the above submissions, the Appeal stands decreed in terms of the Deed of Settlement.
The Deed of Settlement shall form part of the Decree.
RSA No.03 of 2020 stands disposed of accordingly as also all the pending I.As.
