Petitioner is present in person. He submits that in view of the settlement arrived at with the State-Respondents Nos. 1 to 6 and Respondent No.7, in terms of which he has received monetary compensation, he does not seek to pursue the instant matter and seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition.
