Heard Mr. P.T Bhutia, learned counsel for the petitioner. Also heard Ms. Yeshi W. Rinchen, learned State counsel appearing for the respondents.
Mr. Bhutia submits that I.A No.02/2020 was filed by the petitioner praying for withdrawal of the writ petition with a liberty to file afresh. He submits that he is not pressing I.A No.02/2020 in view of the fact that petitioner has filed an application, registered as I.A No.03/2020, praying for withdrawal of writ petition without seeking any liberty. Accordingly, he submits that that the writ petition may be allowed to be withdrawn.
In view of the above submission of Mr. Bhutia, I.A No.02/2020 is dismissed as not pressed.
Having regard to the prayer made in I.A No.03/2020 and the submission of Mr. Bhutia, which is not opposed by Ms. Yeshi W. Rinchen, the writ petition is dismissed on withdrawal.
I.A No.03/2020 stands disposed of in terms of the above.
