Learned Additional Advocate General objects to the Petition, inter alia, on the ground that no liberty should be allowed to file afresh.

The prayer of the Petitioner is allowed with liberty to file afresh and I.A. disposed of.

Consequently, Writ Petition No. 16 of 2015 stands disposed of as withdrawn, as also all Interlocutory Applications.
