Mr. Jorgay Namka, learned counsel for the petitioner while arguing I.A. No. 01 of 2022 for amendment of writ petition submits that it may be better that he withdraws the writ petition with liberty to file afresh, since now he seeks to file the writ not in the name of the original petitioner but by somebody else. Permitted. Writ Petition disposed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.
