By filing this Petition, Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the original and certified copies of documents annexed by him in Mat.App. No. 01 of 2021 (Sandhya Basnett vs. Sagar Rai), which was disposed of as withdrawn, vide Order of this Court dated 09-08-2021. He undertakes to replace the original documents and certified copies withdrawn with photocopies of the documents.
