ORDER

Counsel for respondent no. 1 contemnor at the outset submits that by way of the impugned order the order dated 30.6.2002 whereby services of thepetitioner were terminated, was quashed and he was directed to be reinstatedwith all consequential benefits after reinstatement.

Since the matter of regularization was not decided the present petitioncame to be filed.

It was stated by learned Counsel for respondent no. 1 at bar that the caseof the regularization of the petitioner was considered and he was regularized on13.07.2007 and since the very grievance of the petitioner had come to an endnothing further survives to be adjudicated.

In the wake of categorical statement made by the learned Counsel forrespondent no. 1 at bar, the present contempt petition is dismissed. Contemptproceedings are hereby dropped.
