Petitioner is seeking appointment on the basis of selectionmade in the year 2000. Claim of the petitioner is to get reserved post meantfor S.C.'A' category. During arguments, it was brought to our notice thatnone of the candidates, selected at that time in any category, were givenappointment. They filed writ petitions, which were disposed of videjudgment dated December 3, 2007, by the learned Single Judge, rejectingtheir claim. If that is so, we feel that no effective relief can be given to thepetitioner at this stage in this writ petition.
to get it revived in case order, passed by the learned Single Judge, as referred to above, is set aside.
