ORDER
Heard on I.A.No.7184 of 2023, an application for condonation of delay of 3 days in filing present MCC supported by affidavit of Rashi Kushwah, Advocate is taken up, considered and allowed for the reasons mentionedtherein. The delay in filing present MCC stands condoned.

This MCC has been filed seeking restoration of M.A.No.3875 of 2023,which was dismissed due to non-compliance of common conditional orderdated 5.9.2023.
F o r the reasons assigned in the application, which is supported byaffidavit of applicant Omprakash Shivhare, sufficient cause is made out forrestoration of M.A.No.3875 of 2023,. Hence, the MCC is allowed. M.A.No.3875 of 2023 is restored to its original number with a direction thatdefect, if any, shall be cured by the applicant within one week from the date ofrestoration.
A copy of this order be placed in the record of M.A.No.3875 of 2023.This MCC stands disposed of accordingly.
