Crl. M.C. No. 80 of 2023 in Crl. Rev. P. No. 11 of 2023

Date of Order: 19.10.2023

____________________________________________________________

Shri. Pradyumna Kumar Borah. Vs. @Pradunnya Borah.

State of Meghalaya & 7 Ors.

Coram:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice B. Bhattacharjee, Judge Appearance:

For the Petitioner/Appellant(s) : Mr. P. K. Borah, Adv.

For the Respondent(s) : Ms. S. Shyam, GA. (R: - 1).

Heard Mr. P. K. Borah, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also Ms. S. Shyam, learned GA appearing for the State-respondent No.1.

By this application petitioner seeks permission for preferring the accompanying revision application without appending a certified copy of the order impugned.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in spite of his best effort could not procure a second copy of the certified-copy as the first one was appended with the earlier round of litigation filed before this Court.

In view of the submission made, this application is allowed.

The petitioner is allowed to prefer the accompanying revision application without certified-copy of the impugned order. Petition stands disposed of.
