Shri. Munna Singh. Vs. Union of India & 2 Ors.

Coram:

Hon’ble Mr. Justice B. Bhattacharjee, Judge Appearance:

For the Petitioner/Appellant(s) : Mr. D. Hynniewta, Adv. For the Respondent(s) : Ms. K. Gurung, Adv.

Heard Mr. D. Hynniewta, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and also heard Ms. K. Gurung, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

In terms of the order dated 30-11-2023, the petitioner has filed this application seeking impleadment of the Staff Selection Commission as a party respondent to the writ petition No. 316 of 2020.
