The petitioner has wrongly filed this petition u/S.439 Cr.P.C. forgrant of bail since offences involved are punishable under the specialenactment of SC & ST Act.
Petitioner after realising this mistake has also filed memo of appealwhich is on record.
Since memo of appeal has not yet been registered this petition isdisposed of with direction to the Registry to register appeal whose memois on record and list the matter on 5th of January, 2021.
Accordingly with this direction, the petition stands disposed of. A copy of this order be placed on record of criminal appeal after itsregistration.
