WP(C) No. 125 of 2016With MC[WP(C)] No. 233 of 2017
BEFORE THE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE, S.R. SEN
19.12.2017
Mr. P. Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioners as well as Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel are present.
Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel submits that an affidavit has already been filed in the Registry, but the same has not been produced before the Court till passing of this order. He also further submits that the grievances of the petitioner have already been addressed by the respondent and the same has been stated in the affidavit. A copy of the affidavit has already been furnished to Mr. P. Nongbri, learned counsel for the petitioner. If it is so, I am of the view that there survives nothing and the same has also been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.
The Registry is directed to keep a copy of the affidavit in the file as claimed by Mr. S. Thapa, learned counsel.
Accordingly, the matter stands disposed of.
