Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that time may be extended, in addition thereto, annual turnover of Rs. 50 crores may be reduced to Rs. 10 crores, prima facie is not acceptable, question of favouritism as projected is not discernable. At this stage when learned counsel for the petitioner was pointedly asked as to whether all 150 persons who have submitted their bids are the favourites, his answer is no, therefore, at this stage no interim relief can be granted.
