ORDER
2. This first application under Section 438 of Cr.P.C. has been filed forgrant of anticipatory bail in connection with Crime No.106/2023 registered atPolice Station Madhoganj, District Gwalior for offence under Sections 379 ofIPC.
3. It is submitted by learned counsel for the applicant that thisapplication has rendered infructuous. Accordingly, he seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the present application.
