ORDER (ORAL)
Mr. A. Khan, learned counsel for the appellant has submitted that an application for rectification/correction of certain mistakes made in the memo of appeal has been filed. The correction required, inter alia, involves the date of the impugned judgment and order. It is also submitted that as and when this application is allowed, the amended memo of appeal will be allowed to be filed. Learned counsel for the respondent has no objection to the prayer made.
Accordingly, the said application for rectification is hereby allowed. MC[MAC App] No. 2 of 2023 is disposed of.
