ORDER
This is second bail application u/S.439 of Cr.P.C. in connection withCrime No.526/2022 registered at P.S. Petlawad, Distt. Jhabua for offenceu/Ss.302, 294, 352, 34 of IPC.
2. The first application has already been dismissed as withdrawn on31.3.2023 in M.Cr.C. No.53676/2022.
3. After considering the statement of witness Sonu, no case is made out for grant of bail.
4. Considering the custodial period of the applicant, it is observed that the trial court shall make all endeavour to expedite the trial.
5. With the aforesaid liberty, the application is dismissed.
