ORDER
This petition has been preferred alleging non-compliance of order dated 24.11.2022 passed in W.P. No.18273 of 2020 whereby the representation of thepetitioner was directed to be considered.
2. Reply has been filed by the respondents along with which they have filed an order 14.09.2023 whereby the representation of the petitioner has beenconsidered and rejected.
3. Thus, in view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for determination in this petition which is accordingly disposed off reserving libertyto the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.09.2023 in accordance with law.
