Heard Shri N.Ibotombi, learned senior advocate appearingfor the petitioners who submits that in view of order dated19.12.2018 issuedbytheDirector,J.N.InstituteofMedicalSciences, to the effect that advertisement relating to appointmentof professor on temporary/contract basis is cancelled, the presentwrit petition have become infructuous.
Accordingly, the writ petition being WP(C) No.79 of 2018and 716 of 2018 stand disposed of as infructuous.
Earlier interim order granted by this Court shall standvacated.
