This application coming on for admission this day, the court passed thefollowing:

ORDER

(1) After arguing for some time, counsel for the applicant prays forwithdrawal of the application filed under Section 439 of the Code of CriminalProcedure, 1973 with liberty to renew the prayer after one year from today.

(2) At the request of counsel, matter has been considered.

(3) Accordingly, M.Cr.C. No.45194/2023 is dismissed as withdrawn withaforesaid liberty. However, concerned trial Court is directed to expedite andconclude the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt ofcertified copy of this order.

(4) Registry of this Court is directed to send a copy of this order to the concerned trial Court for necessary compliance.
