985 of 2017 B E F O R E HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE KH. NOBIN SINGH 22-12-2017

BEFOREHON’BLE MR. JUSTICE KH. NOBIN SINGH

22-12-2017

Heard Smt. R.K. Emily, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

According to the petitioner, he was enrolled as C.T./G.D in CISF in the year 1994. After he was posted at various places, he is presently posted at Airport, Imphal. In a writ petition being W.P. (C) No. 6 of 2017 which was disposed of on 04-01-2017, the petitioner was directed to submit a representation so that the same could be considered by the respondents. From the order dated 14-02-2017, it is seen that after considering the representation of the petitioner, the posting of the petitioner was deferred for a year upto 31-12-2017. The petitioner has now submitted a representation dated 20-11-2017 praying for deferring the transfer for a period upto the end of the academic session 2017-2018 for the reasons stated therein and the same is still pending for consideration.

The instant writ petition has been filed praying for disposal of the said representation. Since only an innocuous order has been prayed for, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the respondents shall consider the said representation sympathetically within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and until the said representation is disposed of, the petitioner shall not be released from his present place of posting at Airport, Imphal.
