Shri O.P. Solanki, learned counsel for respondent No.5.The petitioner has filed the present petition seekingdirection to respondent No.3/Registration Officer to delete thename of respondents No.5 to 10 from voter list of GramPanchayat-Rampuriya Khurd.

According to the petitioner he has submitted theapplication before the Registeration Authority under the GramPanchayat Act & Rules for deletion of name of respondentsNo.5 to 10 from the voter list, as their names are alreadyincluded in the voter list of other Gram Panchayats, as they arenot resident of the present Gram Panchayat.

An inquiry was got conducted and vide order dated07.10.2017, the authority came to the conclusion that they arenot residing in the village-Rampuria Khurd and are residing inGram Panchayat Anwalipura, and therefore, their names arerequired to be deleted. The allegation of the petitioner is thatdespite aforesaid aforesaid their names have not been deletedfrom the voter list so far.

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.5 hasproduced the copy of order dated 09.10.2017, by which, theRegistration Officer, Tehsil-Ambedkar Nagar, Mhow has turneddown the objection of the petitioner. Meaning thereby, the nameof the respondents are liable to be continued in the voter list ofGram Panchayat-Rampuriya Khurd.

The present petition is filed seeking implementation oforder dated 07.10.2017. Since the final order dated 09.10.2017has been passed, therefore, earlier order dated 07.10.2017cannot be implemented. The petitioner is having alternativeremedy, as the election has already been notified.

With the aforesaid, the present writ petition standsdisposed of.
