ORAL JUDGEMENT

Having heard the learned counsel for the parties, I am satisfied that investigation made by the local police is wholly unsatisfactory and whatever the complaint made by the petitioner in the special criminal application prima-facie seems to be correct. But it is not the stage where any final opinion has to be expressed. However, it is a fit case where directions have to be given to the City Crime Branch, Ahmedabad, to take over the investigation in the matter. Order accordingly. Before proceeding with the investigation, the F.I.R. is to be registered. This investigation is to be completed within a period of three months from the date of receipt of Writ of this order. The special criminal application and Rule stand disposed of accordingly with no order as to costs.
