…. Applicant/s

Kameidun Kamei James & 3 Ors.

.... Respondent/s

BEFORE HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE AHANTHEM BIMOL SINGH

29.12.2021

Heard Mr. HS Paonam, learned senior counsel appearing for the applicant, Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2 and Mr. Niranjan Sanasam, learned GA appearing for the respondents No. 3 & 4.

The present application has been filed with a prayer for allowing the present applicant to be impleaded as respondent No. 3 in the connected WP(C) No. 625 of 2021 on the ground that the interim order dated 20.09.2021 passed by this Court in the connected writ petition restraining the publication of the result of the DPC has prejudiced the right of the applicant.

Mr. M. Hemchandra, learned senior counsel appearing for the respondents No. 1 & 2/writ petitioners fairly submitted that he has no objection in allowing the impleadment application.

In view of the submission made above, the present Misc. application is allowed.
