Heard Mr. Rajiv Thokchom, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.
When this matter is taken up, Mr. Athouba Kh., learned GA pointed out that as per the Manipur High Court Rules the nomenclature of the present petition seems to be incorrect.
In view of the submission made by the learned GA, the counsel for the petitioner prayed that he may be allowed to correct the nomenclature of the present writ petition during the course of the day.
Prayer is allowed.
