Heard Shri BP. Sahu, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the petitioner and Shri Y. Ashang, learned G.A. appearing for the State respondents.

According to the petitioner, she was engaged as Lower Division Clerk in the Department of Agriculture and continued to work for some time. At one point of time, the State Government took appropriate steps for regularization and before the same could be materialized, the Commissioner(D.P.) vide order dated 26.2.2002 withdraw a circular dated 16.4.1997 followed by O.M. dated 10.2.1999 with immediate effect.Thereafter, the Commissioner of Agricultural Government of Manipur issued an order dated 25.3.2008, whereby, expenditure not exceeding Rs.43,00,642/- was accorded for payment of wages of the petitioner along with similarly situated.

The contention of the petitioner is that sheis similarly situated with the petitioners in writ petition being W.P(C) No. 846 of 2016 which was disposed of on 12.7.2007 and that the instant writ petition can be disposed of in terms of the said earlier order.

Shri Y. Ashang, learned G.A. has no objection for the reason that in the earlier order, it has been directed that the petitioners therein be considered along with persons similarly situated, which will cover the case of the petitioners. Accordingly, the instant writ petition is disposed of with the direction that the petitioner shall also be considered along with the cases of petitioners in writ petition being W.P(C) No. 848 of 2016

A copy of this order be furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner by tomorrow morning, provided he moves an application today itself.
