ORDER
This petition has been preferred alleging non-compliance of order dated29.11.2022 passed in W.P. No.27427 of 2022 whereby the representation of thepetitioners was directed to be decided.
2. Reply has been filed by the respondents along with which they havefiled an order 08.01.2024 whereby the representation of the petitioner has beenconsidered and rejected.
3. In view of the aforesaid, nothing further survives for determination inthis petition which is accordingly disposed off reserving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 08.01.2024 in accordance with law.
