Heard Mr.Ajmal Hussain, learned counsel for the applicant/petitioner and Ms.R.K.Emily, learned Dy. Government Advocate for the State respondents.

By the present application, the applicant/petitioner prays for correcting the typographical mistake in the order dated 15.12.2023 passed by this Court in WP(C) No.873 of 2023. In the 5[th] para of the order, the spelling of respondents is wrongly typed and is to be read as “respondents” and representation dated “23.01.2023” should be read as “23.11.2023”.

The learned Dy. Government Advocate has also no objection.

Accordingly, in the 5[th] para of the order dated 15.12.2023 passed in WP(C) No.873 of 2023, the spelling of respondents be read as “respondents” and representation dated “23.01.2023” should be read as “23.11.2023”.

With this observation, the application is allowed.

Copy of this order be furnished to learned counsel for the parties, in course of the day.
