This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail.

On 18-12-2015 when the application was taken up for consideration, this court issued an order to the effect that the police shall not arrest the petitioner who should not interfere with and rather, cooperate with the police in the investigation of the matter. The said interim order granted on 18-12-2015 has been continuing till date.

Shri Y. Ashang, the learned Government Advocate submits that charge-sheet has been placed by the police before the prosecution for consideration and this fact itself shows that the custody of the petitioner is not required, as the investigation is over.

In view of the above, the application is allowed with the direction that the interim order passed on 18-12-2015 shall be made absolute.

Accordingly, the application stands disposed of.
